INFORMATIONAL INTERVIEW!

On Tuesday i had a informational interview with Maria from Manzanita.She had came to MetWest to do the interview me & another person interview her.She told us all about her program & what she do.She said that she helps kids & their moms to speak English.The job that she wanted us to to their is on the classroom helping the kids on the computer & doing paper work.When i asked her what advice would you give someone that's interested in pursing this type of work?she that you need to like what you do.I enjoyed the interview with her and I'm working on getting a shadow day in Manzanita.

A PLACE I CALLED!

One of the places i called was Giggles preschool.When i called they said that y was i calling && i told Marta the lady i talked to that i was from MetWest && that i wanted to interview someone that worked there for 10-15 min && i got to interview her.The conversation made me feel pround of my self because it was my first iformational interview that i set up!The best line that i used was when i explain what i was calling for.The most exciting moment was when i got the informatoinal interview with Marta.I hope to make more calls && set up more informational interview.= )

INFORMATIONAL INTERVIEW!

On Thursday i went on a informational interview to Giggles preschool. The person i interview was Marta. I asked her all types of questions about what she did at work at why she wanted to work at that preschool. Marta was really nice to me she was willing to answer all my questions and she was really spectfic with her answers she seemed really interested in her work. I wrote down all my information to remember what i learned there but i really wasn't that interested to work there. I hope in the future i will find a daycare or a different place i will like to really internship at.
